Since I moved to Westchester from NYC, I've been dedicated to Hudson Valley Motorcycle shop in Ossining NY for 10 years and through 7 motorcycles. I've always trusted everyone in the shop, and would NEVER go anywhere else. These people care about customer satisfaction. I had never thought about the Ducati brand until Hudson Valley picked up the brand last year. "My first experience with Hudson Valley was a great one..I had new tires mounted and brake lines and pads installed..They did a great job and corrected a brake problem I had in a reasonable amount of time and at a fair price..They had great concern about correcting the braking problem before releasing the bike to me, and I could tell that safety was a top priority to the staff...The people there are friendly and call you with the progress status of the repairs on your bike while my bike was there...Ive been riding for 34 years and I will no doubt be going back to Hudson Valley Cycles for my needs in the future,,,,Its a great place..."
